A daily cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays) is included as well as a "welcome package" and change of bed linen and towels every 2/3 days. This fantastic apartment is located on the 1st floor of a XVIII century building with elevator and it is an ideal space for a family or a group of friends since up to 6 can be comfortably accommodated. Totally renovated to the highest standards with the best materials and fittings, the Aquamarine apartment combines the Roman charm of high ceiling and exposed beam architecture with the comfort and style of contemporary furnishings and appliances.
On entering the apartment you will find yourself in the bright living space which features a large comfy sofa (unfolds into a queen sized bed if needed) as well as dining table with 6 chairs. The interior decor is fresh and stylish with crisp clean lines matching natural tones of white and blue over a light wood parquet floor. The living room is an airy and welcoming area where the guests will be able to sit back and chill out after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping. The hundred-year-old ceiling beams bring a delightful sense of Rome history, painted white to harmoniously integrate them with the modern designer look.
The master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space for guests’ belongings. The second bedroom features a bunk bed to comfortably accommodate the 3rd and 4th guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons should the guests choose to prepare a meal at some point during the stay. Finally, charm and comfort have gone into the creation of the beautiful and inviting bathrooms: one offers a bathtub/shower unit while the other includes a modern shower cabinet. Both bathrooms come with a beauty kit and fresh towels ready to use on arrival.
