This prestigious and stunning villa is located in Casal Palocco, an exclusive and elegant residential neighborhood in the southwest area of Rome.

Designed in the 1950s, Casalpalocco resembles a typical American residential neighborhood. Several architects worked to harmoniously integrate Italian architectural style, American suburban residential features (like parks, gardens, and sports facilities), and natural features (pines, oleanders, and others). The result is a "garden neighborhood," offering the best of both worlds: a green oasis of peace and quiet, close to all the attractions of Rome!

Over the years, villas, sports and recreational areas, and businesses have been built in Casal Palocco, always respecting and preserving the harmony of the whole area. The neighborhood now has 23 tennis courts, seven swimming pools, gyms and soccer fields, and four small elegant shopping centers. The layout of of the villa ensures complete privacy from the rest of the world. The Gardenia villa is on one floor, surrounded by high walls, within a 4000m2 of a tropical park full of palm and oleander trees, with a magnificent swimming pool, 350 m2 of terraces and an electronic gate at the entrance. Quite enchanting!

The bungalow style villa, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, is brimming with wonderful details: travertine floors, up to 10 meters high ceilings, beautiful Persian rugs and large glass sliding doors to achieve an outdoor feeling while in the house. The large and spacious 120 m2 living/dining room is the focal gathering point of the villa at all times of the day and night. The whole living-dining area consists of huge glass sliding doors with views to the lush and tropical garden and the enormous swimming pool. This light-filled area accommodates two huge comfortable sofas, a double sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for two guests, a beautiful piano, a 50’’ Plasma TV and a glass dining table. While the decor is chic and elegant, the living room at the same time is warm and welcoming, inviting its fortunate residents to relax in a privileged and rare ambiance.

The living room leads out onto the spectacular swimming pool which runs the entire length of the house and can be seen from all the bedrooms. Bordered by a travertine paved terrace, the pool lies right next to the house and the beautiful garden. This fantastic setting provides a wonderful outdoor living area set with tables, chairs and outdoor sofas. It’s an incredible treat to enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners or just relaxing shaded from the sun in this enchanting private heaven.

A hallway from the living area leads to the west wing of the house that has three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, wardrobes for guests’ belongings and glass sliding doors overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The fourth double bedroom with private bathroom is located on the west wing of the house and next to the living room there is a fourth fully equipped guest bathroom with shower cabinet. The kitchen is spacious and complete with all the mod cons that you would expect in an apartment of this quality.
