From the apartment a short 15 minute walk will have you in front of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Domus Aurea, Nero’s Golden house constructed after the great fire of Rome.
Among other popular sites, two of the four major Basilicas of Rome are easily reachable on foot: St. John the Lateran, the oldest church in town, and St. Mary the Mayor, considered by many to be the most beautiful church in Rome after St Peter's.

A few blocks from the Orchidea apartment, you can also find the colorful Mercato Esquilino which is an indoor market of ancient origins where numerous booths display a bountiful array of tantalizing fruits and vegetables.

The apartment is also very well served by public transportation with the nearby Vittorio E. underground station which allows to quickly reach any of the cultural and historical attractions on your list of Rome must-sees.
The Orchidea apartment is approximately a 15 minute walk from Stazione Termini, the main railway station in Rome. From here, you can catch trains to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports as well as all destinations in Italy.

Located on the second floor of an old building with NO elevator, this fantastic three bedroom apartment has recently undergone a full renovation using quality materials and fittings.

The Orchidea apartment is well-laid-out and consists of a gracious entry, enormous living/dining room, modern kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The décor is colorful, warm and inviting with an elegant blending of stylish and comfortable furnishings.

The elegant master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and faces the back of the building ensuring a good night's rest. The second bedroom is also very quite and cozy and features a double bed and an ample wardrobe for guests’ belongings. Please note that access to this second bedroom is through the third bedroom which houses a trundle bed for the 5th or 6th guest. This room might be ideal for children or can also be used as a second sitting room. From this bedroom a long hallway will lead you to the other special rooms of the apartment.

The welcoming living room is extremely spacious and comfortable, inviting for convivial relaxation. It features two double sofas, an elegant glass table with six chairs, 42’’ flat TV and stereo. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to make culinary experimentation of the Italian kind. Finally, two beautifully designed bathrooms complete the apartment and both come with shower units and fresh towels ready to use upon arrival.

This apartment also includes air conditioning (only in the living room), autonomous heating and wireless internet to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.
