The Psyche apartment enjoys a superb location: the amazing Piazza Campo de’ Fiori, one of the most charming squares in Rome historical centre. Tradition would have it that the name, literally “field of flowers” comes from Flora, Pompeo's lover, but more likely it comes from the fact that in the late 1300's, the piazza was abandoned for a brief period, and became a meadow.

Nowadays "Campo de' Fiori" represents one of the places where Rome shows its most authentic character from the early morning with its fabulous open air market, to the deepest night with entertainment offered by numerous bars, restaurants and "trattorie" of the area. There are also some good clothing stores on the roads that lead into the square. Yet another fabulous place to pull up a chair, order an espresso or a glass of wine and do some serious people watching.

From here you should wander around the wonderful tiny cobblestone streets of the local neighborhood - it's the perfect area to get lost in and make your own Rome discoveries as you are truly in the pulsing heart of the city. A short 2 minute walk will have you in Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the Pantheon, 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. St. Peter’s Basilica is just a 15 minute walk away, while by crossing the nearby pedestrian bridge Ponte Sisto you will reach the characteristic district of Trastevere in 10 minutes . Undoubtedly, a double WOW! location.

Located on the fourth floor of a 16th century building with elevator, this open space apartment has been completely renovated and redesigned to seduce you with its beautifully executed interior. The Psyche apartment is a joy to live in and it is the perfect holiday home for a couple whose definition of “rest and relaxation” includes absolutely no skimping on comfort. The quality furnishings, the magnificent hardwood floors, the dark beamed ceilings and wood architectural accents create a welcoming heaven complemented by a spectacular view of the Campo de’ Fiori square.

The living area is very pleasant and features tasteful furniture. With double glazed windows ensuring peace and quite, this is a wonderful space to sit back and relax while enjoying the use of TV, DVD and Stereo.
Three beautiful wood steps separate the sleeping area from the rest of the room. A generously sized bed (200 x 200 cm) guarantees a great night’s sleep and next to it a lush and stylish 2 person Jacuzzi has been placed to experience pure pleasure. What could be more welcome after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping than a restorative evening of warm blissful relaxation in this whirlpool bath?

The kitchen is separate from the living area, and it is modern and fully equipped to ensure the guests can prepare any kind of meal should they wish to. The bathroom is contemporary and sophisticated, yet also practical with a pleasant shower.
The Psyche apartment comes with AC/heat which ensures the guests' comfort at all times; it also has ADSL (internet) connection for those 'wish you were here...' e-mails or for business purposes. On request, an additional single bed can be provided to accommodate a third guest.
