In addition to the Roman Forum, within a short walk from the apartment, approx 15 mins, you will find yourself in front of the magnificent Colosseum, an absolute must for any visitor to Rome. Other major sites of Rome such as Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Campo dei Fiori, are all within walking distance from this apartment as well as the glamorous shopping streets of Via del Corso, Via Frattina and Via Condotti. Finally, it will take you only 15 min walk by crossing the Tiber over the panoramic Palatino bridge to reach Trastevere, one of Rome’s most charming neighborhoods, an intricate maze of squares all interconnected by narrow, medieval cobbled streets where you will find lots of trendy bars, cafés and restaurants.

The apartment:

The superb luxury apartment is located on the 3rd floor and 4th floor of a small and charming building with NO elevator. However, you don’t have to walk up too many steps to reach this unique apartment in Rome.

The Vesta apartment has been renovated and designed to the highest standards. It has wonderful features such as wooden floors, double paned glass windows, armored front doors and it is furnished using a combination of antique and modern design pieces which create an extremely sophisticated and warm atmosphere.

This wonderful four bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps ten guests as a studio/family room can be used as a 5th bedroom. Each bedroom can be made up as double beds or as two single beds to suit your individual requirements. The studio/family room has a single sofa bed and an extra bed can be provided on request.
All of the bedrooms of this amazing penthouse are spacious with ample wardrobe space and comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms comes complete with 2 walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The guests in the other three bedrooms have the use of the other two full bathrooms. The apartment comes complete with fresh linens and towels ready for use on your arrival.
The kitchen is tiled with hand painted Vietri ceramics and is complete with all the mod cons that you would expect in an apartment of this quality making your stay in the apartment a hassle free one.

The spacious and elegant living room has three comfortable sofas and chaise-longue arranged around the original marble fireplace (not operational) and is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the satellite TV, DVD or listen to music. Next to this area, you have a large dining room with an extendible table where you can comfortably sit ten people. Both the living and the dining room enjoy lots of sunlight during the whole day.

From the living room, some open stairs will lead you to the studio/family room and the amazing 120 m2 terrace with direct view on the Forum ruins and the Church of San Teodoro. The terrace comes with natural stone floors, an outside kitchen corner covered by a pergola, sitting and dining facilities for up to 10 and it is adorned with several pots with climbing plants and flowering bushes. It is undoubtedly a true luxury to have such a space in the centre of Rome.

The apartment comes with AC/Heating for the summer/winter months and ensures the guests are totally comfortable no matter what time of the year they choose to visit the eternal city.
