Located in the near vicinity of the famous Montmartre hill, the Lepic apartment will allow guests to fully benefit from the village-like atmosphere of the Abbesses district.
Furthermore, subway line No. 2 is just a stone's throw away, giving you direct access to the Arc de Triomphe, while line No. 12 will take you directly to the Champs Elysees!

Please note that the Lepic II apartment can be rented along with the Lepic apartment (when availability permits). The Lepic and Lepic II apartments do not share an entrance, but they are both on the 3rd floor of the same building. It is the ideal choice for a family with teenage kids!
The Lepic II apartment is located on the 3rd floor, (with elevator) , of a traditional building in Montmarte, on the legendary street where the Amélie Poulain film is set (the Café des 2 Moulins is just steps away!). It has been entirely renovated to a very high standard to create a warm and welcoming ambiance.
From the the minute you enter the apartment you will be immediately enchanted by the contemporary style of the accommodation which is, at the same time, exceptionally comfortable.
The sofa bed (sleeps 2) is a real invitation to relax in front of the magnificent LCD TV, unless you would rather surf the web using the wireless Internet access available to you.
The real advantage of this apartment is in the kitchen area, which is perfectly equipped to prepare and share meals on the central counter space with bar stools.
The large bedroom, fitted with wardrobes and a desk, offers a bed for 2 (160cm wide). Lastly, for your moments of relaxation, the bathroom is fitted with a double washbasin and a lovely shower.
The Lepic II apartment will, no doubt, become your favourite place in Paris to combine business trips with leisure time!

Montmartre
Montmartre, a must as to Paris districts that deserve notice!
Reachable by subway line 2 (Anvers stop), you will need to climb on foot or on the funicular 130 meters to the top of the hill to visit the famous Basilica of the Sacred Heart and enjoy an exceptional view over Paris.
You can then walk the old streets while feeling the old time charm and take a look at the artwork of the artists at Place du Tertre or have something to drink in the Cafe des Deux Moulins.
Don't hesitate to follow the maze like narrow streets on your way down to finish off a little further west in the bustling district of Pigalle.
Location of legendary nightlife, mood change guaranteed in the evenings for on site partying.
