Just a few minutes walk from the Monceau Park, your accommodation is also just steps away from underground line #3 (Wagram stop) which will give you direct access to Saint Lazare train station and the underground stop that goes by the same name.
Saint Lazare station is a well connected transportation hub from where you can very easily access all the must-see Paris destinations.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a modern day building with secure intercom access.
The sleek style, along with the carefully selected décor and modern facilities, make this accommodation a particularly incredible place.
The living-room offers a lounge corner with a sofa from where you can enjoy all the modern comforts provided (LCD TV, wireless Internet access). The sofa turns into a bed for 2 (160 cm).
The balcony has a seating area where you'll be able to enjoy the welcome basket which the owner generously offers you to compliment your time spent admiring the fantastic view over the rooftops of Paris. The adjoining open plan kitchen is fully equipped.
Lastly, for your utmost comfort, there is a parking space (subject to availability) with direct access via elevator to the apartment at your disposal.

Staying in the 17th is to choose among 3 different living environments.
To the north, the district of Epinettes, which is one of the last remaining areas of popular life in Paris.
Farther south, the Batignolles. Once well-known for aspiring to host the 2012 Olympics, this area has redeveloped into ecoquarters. Its 10-hectare park, its high standard buildings, its wide range of businesses, and its proximity to the 8th district business area, make it a very popular living quarter where you will quickly feel at home!
Finally, west of Rue de Tocqueville, room for the zones known as Monceau Plain and Ternes. Back to the great Napoleonic tradition with its grand Haussmann style buildings. As a tourist (Champs Elysees a few steps away) or a business traveler (Palais des Congres de Paris and 8th business district nearby), you will not be disappointed!

Easy access to metro. Grocery store nearby and several restaurants within walking distance. Clean apartment and well equipped. Lovely lady and her Mama who checked us in and out.
