In the immediate proximity of subway lines 3 and 11 (Arts et Métiers or Rambuteau stops) and just 500 meters from Beaubourg and the Georges Pompidou Centre, you will be able to visit the historic heart of Paris ... on foot!
The apartment:
A superb architectural refurbishment has gone into this apartment to give it a loft-like allure whilst located on the 3rd floor without elevator access of a traditional Paris building.

Le Marais
In the tenth century, tourists were not this lucky!
From the thirteenth century what were former marshes located on the outside of the city, in the Marais area, were transformed into damp soil crop fields (hence the name of Marais!).
Annexed to the city in 1360, it meant the start of the famous French style mansions, holiday homes for the kingdom's aristocracy, whose highpoint was the Place des Vosges.
A major restoration project of the buildings that had been the glory of the eighteenth century Marais, now allow visitors to fully enjoy the charms of one of the most visited Paris quarters.
