The Eiffel apartment is perfectly located in one of the smartest of Paris’ districts.

Don't like walking? Subway lines #8 (Ecole-Militaire stop) and #13 (Varenne stop) will allow you to reach the Marais and all other must-see Paris destinations.
This apartment, located on the 1st floor (without elevator access) of a traditional Parisian building, has undergone a superb renovation.
The sophisticated décor blends perfectly with the modern amenities and furniture.
Your accommodation comprises of two spaces, both of which have been completely refurnished.
The first room has been organised as a living-room with a lounge area containing a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm wide) with an open-plan kitchen area which is fully equipped. A table and a counter will allow you to take your meals in comfort.
The second room has a lovely, traditional, decorative fireplace and also works as a living-room. It is furnished with a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm wide) and with a superb LCD TV. This area leads to the bedroom, fitted with a double bed (sleep 2, 140 cm wide) and another LCD TV. A sliding door between the living-room and the bedroom will give you your privacy,
Lastly, there is a bathroom (accessed only through the bedroom) with a superb walk-in shower with spa-massage water jets. Ideal for relaxing in after an action packed day visiting Paris.
This very bourgeois district with gardens and secret interior courtyards (more than 150 private houses just in Faubourg St. Germain) holds France's most symbolic monument: the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars which unfold below its 4 monumental feet.
But to stay or visit the 7th district is also discovering Les Invalides (built by Napoleon to house wounded soldiers) or the Musée d'Orsay, the building is a marvel in itself ... not to mention the works that are exhibited within.
Don't forget to purchase in the century old store Le Bon Marché some goods to prepare dinner in the evenings, comfortably installed in the apartment offered to you by Friendly Rentals.
