The apartment:

This studio located on the 6th floor

(with elevator access)

of a Haussmann style building has undergone a superb renovation.

Classic architecture harmoniously blends with modern day facilities and high-quality contemporary décor.

From the doorway you immediately enter the fully equipped semi-enclosed kitchen.

Next there is the living/dining room with a large dinner table, a sofa, all modern day commodities (LCD TV, wireless Internet access), and also a compartment with a wine fridge!

A selection of wines and champagne (invoice for any wine/champagne consumed will be presented in addition to the rent and is to be paid upon departure) are available for you to enjoy comfortably on the sofa, unless you would rather take advantage of the rooftop terrace!

Indeed, you can access this superb, well equipped terrace through a private staircase and enjoy panoramic views of Paris' rooftops and the Eiffel Tower! Simply fabulous for sharing a glass of wine with friends!

Tired? Simply head back down to the apartment where there are three bedrooms. The first is equipped with a comfortable double bed, as is the second.

The third and last bedroom is a bit more special. Raised on the mezzanine and overlooking the second bedroom, it has two single beds. A cosy little nest that your children will love, but they should however be careful when climbing the ladder!

Finally, the bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a superb Italian shower to bring you rest and a soothing soak after a long day visiting Paris.

Le Marais

In the tenth century, tourists were not this lucky!
From the thirteenth century what were former marshes located on the outside of the city, in the Marais area, were transformed into damp soil crop fields (hence the name of Marais!).
Annexed to the city in 1360, it meant the start of the famous French style mansions, holiday homes for the kingdom's aristocracy, whose highpoint was the Place des Vosges.
A major restoration project of the buildings that had been the glory of the eighteenth century Marais, now allow visitors to fully enjoy the charms of one of the most visited Paris quarters.
Accessible by subway line 1, stay and discover a now trendy place where fashion designer boutiques, showrooms and art galleries harmoniously coexist with bars and restaurants.
Tale a stroll down Rue des Francs Bourgeois and find out which are the latest Parisian trends in shops that have perfectly managed to fit in in the Marais Middle Ages picture.
A village atmosphere to live and discover ... preferably on foot!
