In the heart of Paris
The Saint Sauveur apartment is ideally situated to discover the heart of Paris.
Exceptionally close to the pedestrian streets Montorgueil and Montmartre, famous for their cafés and trendy restaurants, and to Beaubourg and Saint Germain districts, to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame Cathedral, with all of them readily accessible on foot!
Furthermore, subway lines 1, 3, 4, 11 and 14 and regional trains RER A, B and D are just steps away (Louvre-Rivoli, Sentier and/or Chatelet stations) will allow you to reach all other major Paris destinations and offer direct access or nearly direct access to the train stations and international airports Orly and Charles de Gaulle.
The apartment:
This exemplary apartment, recently renovated, is located on the 1st floor (with elevator access) of a traditional Parisian building.
The contemporary furnishings harmoniously blend with centennial style architecture, such as preserved beams, in shades of white.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 1, 120cm wide), a dining table, and all modern-day commodities: flat screen TV and wireless Internet access are available to you. An adjacent kitchen area will allow you to prepare your meals.
There is a mezzanine level which sleeps 2 additional guests and which can be accessed via a set of stairs (double bed, 140cm wide). A super cosy area for a couple of love-birds, who should however watch their heads as the ceiling's height allows you to sit but does not allow you to stand up!
Morning come, the bathroom, equipped with a shower, will allow you to enjoy a tonic wake up before going out to discover Paris!
Opéra, Grands Magasins
The 9th is probably the most contrasting Paris district. Its landmarks make it interesting for all types of trips.
Indeed, both touristic and business oriented, the 9th is equally lively day and night.
To the North, Pigalle, an entertainment area, symbol of Parisian nightlife.
To the south, the Haussmann luxury flagship monument, the Opera Garnier. This monumental building is a true architectural jewel. A little Parisian tip: daily tours are offered to discover the building from the inside.
Finally, along the Boulevard Haussmann, don't miss (especially when the Christmas decorations and lights are up) shopping at the beautiful buildings of the Galeries Lafayette or the Printemps.
