The apartment:

This apartment located on the 5th and last floor (no elevator)

of a traditional Parisian building has undergone a superb renovation.

From the outset, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the elegance of the apartment and the superb terrace equipped with a large table perfect for eating al-fresco on fine weather days.

Mineral based materials and contemporary furnishings blend seamlessly together to give the apartment a stylish and luxuriant atmosphere.

The living room is furnished with a superb sofa bed (sleeps 2) and all modern-day comforts: a large LCD TV, wireless internet connection and even air conditioning (the latter being quite rare in Parisian apartments)!

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to indulge, (why ever not?), in the joys of French cuisine.

You'll also find an armchair which unfolds to serve as an extra single bed.

The attic-style, super romantic master bedroom is on the other end of the apartment and has a double bed (sleeps 2). The bathroom opens into the room (please note that access to the bathroom is only THROUGH the bedroom) and is fitted with a superb central bathtub, perfect for relaxing in after a long day around Paris, or for freshening up before going out for an evening in the Marais!

Moreover, for any stay longer than a week and aside from the final cleaning, the apartment offers a free mandatory housekeeping service once a week (1 hour approx., set up at your convenience) to ensure a carefree stay.
