The Louvre Charm apartment is ideally situated to discover the heart of Paris.
Exceptionally close to the pedestrian streets Montorgueil and Montmartre, famous for their cafés and trendy restaurants, and to Beaubourg and Saint Germain districts, to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame Cathedral, with all of them readily accessible on foot!
Furthermore, subway lines 1, 3, 4, 11 and 14 and regional trains RER A, B and D are just steps away (Louvre-Rivoli, Sentier and/or Chatelet stations) will allow you to reach all other major Paris destinations and offer direct access or nearly direct access to the train stations and international airports Orly and Charles de Gaulle.
The apartment:
A superb renovation has gone into this 1rst floor apartment (no elevator access), overlooking the courtyard, in a traditional Parisian building.
Upon entering you’ll be captivated immediately by this apartment’s elegant and refined ambiance, as well as by the excellent, high quality fittings and equipment.
The living room comprises of a lounge area furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm) and a table, where you can take meals which can be easily prepared in the adjoining open-plan kitchen.
The apartment has two bedrooms, located on either side of the living room for maximum privacy. The first offers a double bed (sleeps 2, 160 cm) and is also equipped with an LCD TV. The second has two single beds (80 cm wide each) that can be placed together to make a double bed should you prefer. And to complete the sense of luxury: each bedroom has its own bathroom with Italian shower!
As you may have guessed, modern conveniences are at your disposal: another LCD TV and Wireless Internet access are of course accessible.
The Louvre Charm apartment is an ideal accommodation for a wonderful stay in Paris.

Stay and experience French history!
The 1st District is above all epic royal history. Each building is a marvel of classical architecture. The Tuileries neighborhood, distinguished by the dominant and immense Palais du Louvre, turned one of the largest museums in the world, is simply a must.
Shopping is also honored by luxury stores such as the boutiques at Place Vendôme or the collector's market, Avenue de Marigny. Or you may prefer to shop at the Forum des Halles mall or the Carrousel du Louvre.
Exhausted by the weight of the centuries (as well as souvenirs and gifts!), take a minute for a romantic halt at the marvelous gardens of the Tuileries or those of the Palais Royal ... unless you prefer to succumb to the zen ambiance and sashimi dishes of one of the many Japanese restaurants on the Rue St. Anne.
That goes to show how French tradition and international cuisine can get along well together!

The apartment was just the right size for two couples and the location was excellent. The owner Pascel Perrier allowed us to pay in advance so we did not have to carry a large amount of cash when we arrived.
