The Cosy apartment is perfectly located in one of Paris' most fashionable districts.
The apartment is located close to the Mouffetard district, very popular among Parisians for its many restaurants and shops, and steps away from subway line #7, a 5 minute ride to the Louvre Museum, while subway line #10 has direct access to the famous Quartier Latin and the Saint Michel district.

This quiet 5th floor apartment, located in a early 20th century building with elevator, has undergone a marvelous renovation.
The apartment is decorated with traditional Japanese panel walls which give it a refined and relaxed style. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140 cm wide) where you can sit back and enjoy all modern day commodities (LCD TV, Wireless internet access, etc.).
The open plan kitchen at the far end of the room is fully equipped and has a large counter top where you can enjoy your meals.
Next to the entrance is the bathroom with a corner bathtub, perfect for a relaxing moment after a long day visiting Paris.
Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom, with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) which assures you a good night's sleep.

Quartier Latin
So called as a result of the exclusive use of Latin in courses given by the medieval schools and universities, this area overlaps mainly with what is known as the 5th district.
Discover the Pantheon, where lay the remains of French Enlightenment thinkers and writers (Voltaire, Hugo and Zola).
Also visit the botanical garden with its Natural History Museum and Zoo.
The Quartier Latin also has a village atmosphere where artists and students mingle along the Boulevard Saint Germain or at the booksellers stalls on the Quai de Montebello.
Finally, don't forget to wander around or sit down at a cafe to get a taste of the Rue Mouffetard atmosphere.

The location of the apartment is great (Quartier Latin), quiet but on walking distance to the Notre Dame (Ile-de-France) and Ile-Saint-Louis. Boulanger next door, supermarket around the corner, metro-stops nearby, and many nice bars and restaurants in immediate neighborhood. The apartment deserves its name, nicely decorated and well-equiped. We were well received by Arnaud upon arrival and he was very helpful. We would certainly return here!!!
