Near Montparnasse railway station, where you have numerous subway lines (4, 6, 12 and 13) that will get you directly to the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain in just a few minutes time as well as to the Louvre Museum (line 4), the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees (line 6), and even Montmartre (line 12)!
For business travelers, the Parc des Expositions de Versailles is 5 minutes away on subway line 12.
The apartment:
The Montparnasse II studio apartment is entirely redone and located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a modern building.
You shall be immediately captivated by this apartment's decidedly modern style.
The vast room has a comfortable double bed. There is a built-in sofa 170 cm long and 80 cm wide that can, if necessary, sleep one child.
A LCD TV, iPhone/iPod dock and wireless Internet access are available for your utmost comfort. All this to enjoy after a meal prepared in the adjacent opan plan kitchen. Unless you prefer going out onto the balcony, from where on your left, you can enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower!
Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a superb Italian shower just perfect to enjoy a relaxing moment after a long day visiting Paris.

The south west of Paris, bounded by the 14th and 15th districts, is very popular with Parisians.
Staying in the 14th district is to go for the upscale discreet Paris charm. Near Montparnasse Train Station and the Parc des Expositions de Versailles, where some of the most important international trade fairs are held, you will enjoy an ideal location, combining easy access for business with a stylish living environment, and green areas thanks to the proximity to the Parc Montsouris.
You may also prefer the 15th district a little further west. Besides the immediate vicinity to the Eiffel Tower, living in the Rue de la Convention area allows you to enjoy a chic neighborhood full of cinemas, bars and French and International cuisine restaurants.

The apartment is clean, in a very nice area. Wonderfull bathroom, nice bed and kitchen. Just in front of a metro station, with options for shopping and supermarkets.

The apartment is very well situated in the heart of The Montparnasse, near metro station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops not far from the apartment. To rent an apartment is a unique opportunity to feel yourself like inhabitant in Paris!
