Moreover, the close proximity of the Chatelet, Chatelet les Halles, and Hôtel de Ville public transport stops (subway lines 1, 4, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D) will get you to all must-see Paris destinations and also grant you direct access to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and nearly direct access to Orly airport via RER B.
The apartment:
This apartment, located on a pedestrian street and on the 2nd floor (no elevator), is in the courtyard of a traditional Parisian building, and has undergone a truly original renovation.
Right from the start, you will feel bewitched by the theatrical atmosphere this apartment puts forth.
For example, the living room, whose walls are covered with white tiles (the kind used in the Paris subway!), has a stage curtain that hides the windows but that can also go be pulled around half the living room. With a bar, a corner sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a wonderful LCD TV, you will also be intrigued by the presence of an American fridge at the far end of the room.
The atypical spot chosen for the fridge is, in fact, because it is ever so much more convenient to enjoy a drink on the terrace, next to the living room!
The apartment's separate kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes.
Come evening, you also have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed.
A good night's rest, followed by a stop by the apartment's wonderful shower unit (with tropical shower head), and you'll be all up and ready to enjoy the pleasures of Paris!
Furthermore, for guests staying for over a week, aside from the cleaning done at the end of your stay, there is also at your disposal a free mandatory housekeeping service, once a week (approximately 2 hours at your convenience), to ensure a carefree stay.
Please, note that the price of your stay includes a compulsory insurance for damages that the owner will ask you to sign upon arrival.

In the tenth century, tourists were not this lucky!
