Steps away from Palais des Congrès!
The Maillot apartment enjoys an unique geographical location. It's located just steps away from the Convention Centre (Palais des Congrès) and just minutes away from the business district of La Défense thanks to the immediate vicinity of the underground station Porte Maillot (line 1).
The subway allows guests to reach Arc de Triomphe, an ideal starting point for a walk down Avenue des Champs Elysees, and also allows guests to reach all other major must-see Paris destinations.
The apartment:
The Maillot apartment, completely redone, is located in a superb 1930 building.
You will be able to access the 3rd floor via the elevator, unless you should prefer the charm of the French style staircases!
The apartment harmoniously combines traditional Paris architecture, with its centennial wooden floors, with stylish decor and undoubtedly contemporary furnishings.
To the right hand side of the lobby there is an independent fully equipped kitchen.
On the left, the large living room combines a dining room area to entertain your guests and a lounge area with 2 sofas (one of which can sleep 2) where you can enjoy the superb flat screen TV or the wireless Internet connection which is readily available.
Down the corridor you will find two spacious bedrooms, each one of them with a double bed, and the bathroom (fitted with a bathtub), which is cleverly placed between both bedrooms.

Arc de Triomphe, Batignolles
Staying in the 17th is to choose among 3 different living environments.
To the north, the district of Epinettes, which is one of the last remaining areas of popular life in Paris.
Farther south, the Batignolles. Once well-known for aspiring to host the 2012 Olympics, this area has redeveloped into ecoquarters. Its 10-hectare park, its high standard buildings, its wide range of businesses, and its proximity to the 8th district business area, make it a very popular living quarter where you will quickly feel at home!
Finally, west of Rue de Tocqueville, room for the zones known as Monceau Plain and Ternes. Back to the great Napoleonic tradition with its grand Haussmann style buildings. As a tourist (Champs Elysees a few steps away) or a business traveler (Palais des Congres de Paris and 8th business district nearby), you will not be disappointed!
