The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a 19th century building, whose facade has been completely redone.
Right on entering the premises, you will feel immediately charmed by the premium atmosphere of your living quarters. Just taking a look at the upscale materials and amenities shows how everything has been selected for your utmost comfort.
The living room comprises an Italian kitchen and a trendy sofa bed (sleeps 2) where you can enjoy the LCD TV ready for this very purpose.
The bathroom (including toilets) is equipped with a superb Italian shower for a relaxing moment.
Last but not least, the bedroom, fitted with a double bed and a writing corner, is the perfect place to lay back in front of a Flat screen TV (also in this room) or to get a little work done thanks to the iMac 24 computer we have placed at you disposal!

A neighborhood that we just love because it manages to combine the greatness of Haussmann design buildings with popular lifestyle bred in the lap of multicultural influences.
There are plenty of small shops, cafes and restaurants offering the best value for money in the city.
If you stay in the southern part of the district, a hop on subway line 8 will get you to Place de l'Opera and the department stores in no time.
The northern part is also very well connected with both the East and North Train Stations.
Further east, bounding with the 11th district, consider taking a look along the Saint Martin channel. Dinner at the restaurant of the famous Hôtel du Nord will make for an unforgettable romantic moment.
