The Convention apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a modern building fully prepared to accommodate guests in a wheelchair.
From the very moment you enter the apartment, you shall be captivated by the contemporary style of your living quarters. Each room is conditioned and decorated with designer furniture and original paintings.
The classy atmosphere that flows forth from the large lounge, does not sacrifice anything to comfort. The sofa (sleeps 2) is a tempting spot where you can relax in front of a LCD TV, unless you'd rather surf the web on the Wireless Internet connection at your disposal.
But the true asset of this apartment is its superb terrace looking onto the equipped kitchen. You can have your meals inside or outside, you choose!
A day in Paris sometimes asks for a moment of relaxation. To this end, the full bathroom, strategically placed between your room and the living area, is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower suitable for disabled guests.

The south west of Paris, bounded by the 14th and 15th districts, is very popular with Parisians.
Staying in the 14th district is to go for the upscale discreet Paris charm. Near Montparnasse Train Station and the Parc des Expositions de Versailles, where some of the most important international trade fairs are held, you will enjoy an ideal location, combining easy access for business with a stylish living environment, and green areas thanks to the proximity to the Parc Montsouris.

Apartamento muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario sobre todo la cocina ,esta situado en un barrio que aun quedando lejos casi todo, tiene una parada de metro muy cerca,hay muchas tiendas, un Monoprix un poco mas abajo,y restaurantes para todos los gustos, panaderías,vamos todo lo que puedes necesitar. También agradecer al dueño del apartamento su amabilidad y el esfuerzo por entendernos.

Ideal para familia con 2 niños. Equipadísimo. Cocina supercompleta con placa inducción y todo tipo de vajillas, cristalerías y utensilios. No falta de nada. Barrio de clase media/alta lleno de tiendas, pastelerías (¡qué cruasanes!) y supermercados.

The apartment is big, well equipped and nicely furnitured. The painting of the little big-eyed dogs was our favorite. The neighborhood is nice, the metro, bakery and supermarket are nearby.

L'accueil de M. Adrian Morrar qui a été fantastique. Très belle disponibilité. L'appartement impeccable et situé dans un quartier où tout est près (épicerie, marchés extérieurs, métros, cafés, stations bancaires, etc...). Vraiment à recommander sans hésitation. Première expérience avec Friendly rentals qui a été concluante!!!
