The Les Halles district is undergoing several phases of renovation that will continue until 2016. The current phase involves the demolition of the structure facing the apartment, which temporarily re-opens the view across to the beautiful St Eustache church.
The apartment will be discounted by 10 % during this period.

The apartment faces the entrance to the Forum des Halles with its many shops, restaurants and its movie theater.
In Paris, it's simply not possible to be more central!
In fact, the subway lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 and the regional trains RER A, B and D open up for you all the city's major destinations and offer direct access or almost direct routes to all the city's railway stations and the international airports Orly and Charles de Gaulle.
The apartment:
Access to your living quarters is from Saint Denis Street via two access-controlled doors, across the superb entrance hall and an inner courtyard of the building.
Located on the first floor (no elevator), this spacious studio of 36 m2 overlooks the lively Forum des Halles Square. This entirely renovated apartment harmoniously combines the warmth of wooden floors and modern furnishings with the earthy element of the stone walls.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people thanks to a double bed and a sofa bed.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen, will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes and savor them at the table or comfortably lounging on the sofa, while enjoying the great flat screen TV.

Stay and experience French history!
The 1st District is above all epic royal history. Each building is a marvel of classical architecture. The Tuileries neighborhood, distinguished by the dominant and immense Palais du Louvre, turned one of the largest museums in the world, is simply a must.
Shopping is also honored by luxury stores such as the boutiques at Place Vendôme or the collector's market, Avenue de Marigny. Or you may prefer to shop at the Forum des Halles mall or the Carrousel du Louvre.
Exhausted by the weight of the centuries (as well as souvenirs and gifts!), take a minute for a romantic halt at the marvelous gardens of the Tuileries or those of the Palais Royal ... unless you prefer to succumb to the zen ambiance and sashimi dishes of one of the many Japanese restaurants on the Rue St. Anne.
That goes to show how French tradition and international cuisine can get along well together!

La Ubicacion era perfecta por q queda frente a la Estacion de Metro mas importante de Paris eso te hace q la comunicacion con toda la ciudad sea muy comoda... El piso era muy amplio, comodo y bonito... El Edificio era muy bueno con vecinos muy descentes... Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El chico q te da la llave es muy " nice"
