Cancellation Policy: In the case a guest decides to cancel a valid, already made reservation within 15 days of the scheduled check in date or does not show up at check in, the Owner shall be entitled to charge the credit card the amount equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
If the cancellation takes place between 15 days and 30 days of the scheduled check in date, the Owner shall be entitled to charge the credit card the amount equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance.
This is a cozy three bedroom apartment on the fifth floor (four above ground) of walk up building no elevator. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, a center table and cable TV. The apartment’s amenities include air conditioning/heating, wireless/internet and hardwood floors. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed – perfect for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is separate and entirely functional.The bathroom comes complete with a washbasin, toilet, shower and bathtub.

Upper East Side
