The Venezia apartment is located in the renowned area of Pta Venezia, a few steps from the commercial road Corso Buenos Aires and from the Giardini Pubblici, an historic park in Milan which is surrounded by the main art museums and the most beautiful homes in the city.
The apartment, practically new, is fitted with all imaginable comforts, and was created out of a traditional workshop that has been converted into housing, and is located on the ground floor looking out onto a tranquil courtyard. The home is known as a "loft alla milanese" (Milan style loft).
It comprises of two large rooms, each with a study area and bathroom with a shower unit and modern fittings. The two units are connected via a large living-room with an immense sofa that can be turned into a bed should the need arise, and which also contains a TV and a state-of-the-art stereo system.
The dining room has a lovely glass table in the centre, above which hang two elegant lamps, and the whole right hand side is fitted with modern appliances that compose the kitchen area. Absolutely nothing has been overlooked. And should all this not be enough, via the large French window in the living-room (and also that of the master bedroom) you can access the terrace which has been furnished and lit in an exceptional way to make it the ideal place for exquisite dinners and al-fresco cocktails at the end of a day of city sightseeing.
Please note that access for disabled guests is also possible (accommodating wheelchairs up to 70cm wide).
The quality of the rooms and the décor of this apartment, as well as the location, in one of the most beautiful city settings, make this truly an ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing stay in the capital of Lombardy.

Quadrilatero d'oro
This area, also informally known as “Montenapo”, is where the most famous fashion designers in the world crowd in and show off.
It is one of the best known shopping areas ever and has a “magical” athmosphere. Stroll along the side streets of the golden square between via Montenapoleone, via Sant’Andrea, via della Spiga and via Borgonuovo and you will come across superb haute couture shops as well as the show rooms of some of the best design brands, another pride of the “made in Italy”.
Corso Venezia, which originates from the San Babila square, runs North-East from the city centre alongside the beautiful Public Gardens. This area boasts imposing residential architecture with buildings in liberty and neo-classical style, as well as prestigious museums and art galleries including (to name a few): The Natural Science Museum and the Planetarium (both within the Public Gardens), the Museum of Modern Art (showing paintings and sculptures from the 19th century), and the Pavilion of Contemporary Art or PAC (“Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea”) located in via Palestro.
Corso Venezia ends with the Porta Venezia, a neo-classical gate overlooking the square bearing the same name.
Beyond the gate but in the same direction of Corso Venezia runs Corso Buenos Aires, a rather modern street over one kilometre long. Corso Buenos Aires is the backbone of the city’s development according to the regulatory plans developed between the 19th and 20th centuries and it is a commercial street par excellence. The area around the Lima square is also becoming well known with its elegant streets, ethnic restaurants and fashionable bars.

Prima kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.
Eigenlijk niet

It was a really central and cosy apartment. The "connection person" was really a helpful, friendly, polite and consistent gay. He was available to satisfy our desire. We hope all your hosts to be so good.
