The Lima apartment is located close to the famous Corso Buenos Aires, one of most visited commercial areas in the centre of Milan, and is a few steps from the Lima subway stop.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building, but benefits from a favourable orientation which means it’s more like staying on a top floor apartment. In fact, the building is in front of a garden and the remarkable quantity of light coming in from the large windows, along with the generous space distribution, make it even more pleasurable, turning this apartment into what is undoubtedly one of the best in our selection of properties.
The apartment
The space, fully tiled and recently white-washed, is ornamented by quality furnishings, granite stone cladding and custom-made furniture. For example, this can be found in the immense kitchen, which is fitted with new and efficient appliances and a stone counter-top of remarkable size. Also, in the living-room, it boasts a comfortable and large, black leather sofa and a black dining table with some gorgeous granite inlays, with six wonderfully comfortable, petite armchairs placed around it. The bathroom does not fall short, where black tiles, delicate finishing touches, and the lighting contribute to a noteworthy elegance in the space.
The bedrooms are all extremely large, fitted with a comfortable double bed and three single beds, respectively. They are both fitted with convenient wardrobe space.
The apartment also has high-speed wireless Internet access, and because of the quality of the furnishings, its sleeping capacity, and the number of bedrooms available it is equally suited either for business trips, or for a group of people visiting Milan and wishing to enjoy an unforgettable stay.

Quadrilatero d'oro

Quadrilatero d'oro

This area, also informally known as “Montenapo”, is where the most famous fashion designers in the world crowd in and show off.
It is one of the best known shopping areas ever and has a “magical” athmosphere.  Stroll along the side streets of the golden square between via Montenapoleone, via Sant’Andrea, via della Spiga and via Borgonuovo and you will come across superb haute couture shops as well as the show rooms of some of the best design brands, another pride of the “made in Italy”.
Corso Venezia, which originates from the San Babila square, runs North-East from the city centre alongside the beautiful Public Gardens.  This area boasts imposing residential architecture with buildings in liberty and neo-classical style, as well as prestigious museums and art galleries including (to name a few): The Natural Science Museum and the Planetarium (both within the Public Gardens), the Museum of Modern Art (showing paintings and sculptures from the 19th century), and the Pavilion of Contemporary Art or PAC (“Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea”) located in via Palestro.
Corso Venezia ends with the Porta Venezia, a neo-classical gate overlooking the square bearing the same name.
Beyond the gate but in the same direction of Corso Venezia runs Corso Buenos Aires, a rather modern street over one kilometre long.  Corso Buenos Aires is the backbone of the city’s development according to the regulatory plans developed between the 19th and 20th centuries and it is a commercial street par excellence.  The area around the Lima square is also becoming well known with its elegant streets, ethnic restaurants and fashionable bars.

The location is great, the subway station Lima is a block away and you can pretty much get anywhere from there. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, it was the best out of all of the apartments we stayed. Both rooms are nice and big, so there's enough space to put all your luggage compared to other apartments we stayed at in Italy. Laura, United States 05 November 2012

    Niets, (airco mist). Lage douchkop.
