This beautiful apartment has just been completed to a very high standard with high quality fittings and a spacious lounge. The large windows at the front lead out onto the terrace, which overlooks one of the pools and the sea. The entrance to the complex is gated with security, so for a family it is a very safe location

The area surrounding the apartment

The Floresta apartment is located within a large brand new complex with a number of pools. The whole area has been carefully landscaped and the apartment enjoys views of the sea, the nearest beach being Cala L’Aixada.

The Floresta apartment is situated in Sol de Mallorca, a short distance to the Portals Veils marina, and 10 minutes from Palma centre. Palma centre is full of interesting places to visit, such as the impressive cathedral La Seu together with the famous La Lonja and the Museum of Contemporary Art. You will also find a number of cafés and restaurants with terraces where you can rest and take in the city life while enjoying typical Mallorquian food and wine.

The Apartment

You enter into a spacious hallway with the kitchen to the left and lounge/dining room straight ahead. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small utility room, housing washing machine and tumble dryer. The large lounge has a dining table for 6 and a comfortable sofa for relaxing while watching TV or listening to music. There are 2 large patio doors leading off the lounge to the terrace where you will find chairs and a table for enjoying the views and the sun. The sofa doubles as a sofa bed for guests 5 and 6.

Both bedrooms are doubles and have their own bathrooms and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a lovely sleigh double bed, flat screen TV and doors leading out onto the terrace. There is also a separate WC in the apartment.
