Located in a residential neighbourhood very near the beach at El Toro, Santa Ponça, the Aramis house offers accommodation of outstanding quality. The apartment shares a large pool area as well as a utility room with two other apartments in a bigger house next to the Aramis.
The Area surrounding the Apartment
The house is located just a 10 minutes' walk from the Port Adriano beach and marina - one of Mallorca's beautiful coastal developments a mere 20 minutes' drive from Palma airport.
Mallorca is well-known among golfers and rightly so! The Aramis house is located only 5 minutes from 3 golf courses: Santa Ponsa I, II and III. This is also a good area for all kinds of water sports.
Puerto Adriano/El Toro is famous for its marina and the child friendly beach area. It invites you to a nice selection of quality restaurants as well as bars, cafés and supermarkets. You are also only 10 minutes from Santa Ponsa centre, where you will find additional cafés, restaurants and shops.
This is a quiet area very suitable for families and couples looking for modern and stylish accommodation in a tranquil setting. The apartments are also ideal for larger groups or families that wish to stay near each other but still be self contained.
The House
The Aramis house is free standing, located next to a bigger house with two apartments and a shared pool.
The front door opens up to a spacious living room/dining area where the stylish kitchen is also integrated.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with anything you might need should you opt for dinner at home while you stay at this fantastic apartment. There is a dishwasher to ensure no one gets stuck doing the dishes during the holiday! A washing machine can be found in the utility room by the pool, shared by all three apartments.
The living room is fully air conditioned and this is enough for the entire apartment. There is also heating in all the rooms for those choosing to visit Mallorca during the quieter winter months (discounts available for monthly lets).
The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a double bed. The second bedroom contains bunk beds plus one extra bed under the lower bunk bed that can be used to turn this room into another double bedroom if you are two couples sharing the house. The two bedrooms share a modern looking bathroom and there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
The Aramis apartment shares a large pool and sunbathing area with two other apartments. The pool is 10x5 meters and the sunbathing area holds a large number of stylish deck chairs and umbrellas.
There is also a large outside area around the Aramis house. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between!
