Positioned on the hill in Gotmar, Puerto Pollensa, this newly built terrace house is situated in a gated complex with three community pools. The area is very peaceful, but still close to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

The hill where the house is located sits in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa. This area is very peaceful and the property is close to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa, although its hillside position is not suitable for those with walking disabilities.

Puerto Pollensa itself is popular with visitors of all ages, the traditional Mallorquian harbour has turned into a bustling marina full of bars, shops and restaurants.

The three large community pools are all on different levels within the complex and available to all residents.

The property offers everything you might need for a relaxing vacation in Puerto Pollensa: satellite TV, internet connection, DVD, Hi-Fi and washing machine.

It is a house built on two levels. By the entrance there is an outside terrace with furniture that has views of one of the community pools. As you enter the house you step into the bright and welcoming living room/dining area where the kitchen also is integrated.

The style is contemporary and luxurious and the kitchen is fully equipped in case you opt for a quiet night in during the holidays. At the back of the building there is a second patio with a barbecue to which you have access both through the dining area and the kitchen.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one en-suite plus a second bathroom. There is also a separate WC downstairs. The master bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom a double bed that can be turned into two single beds and the third bedroom two single beds.

All bedrooms are modern and bright and come with sheets and towels for your comfort. There is a cot and highchair available for those travelling with young children.

This house is also available for longer lets during the winter. The internet connection available makes this an interesting choice for those wishing to spend a longer time in Puerto Pollensa as it makes it easy to keep in touch with friends and family.

Please note that the changeover day is Saturday unless otherwise agreed prior to booking and paying the 25% deposit. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for this property with other changeover days unless previously agreed.
