Description - The Aquarius Apartment in Mallorca
The Aquarius apartment is ideal for a visit to Palma de Mallorca. It is located right in the centre of the city, in a brand new building where the following apartments are also located: Cassiopeia, Andromeda, Aries, Cygnus and Gemini.
The Area Surrounding the Apartment
The apartment building is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel street leads in to the centre square Plaça Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre.
It is also very near the combined bus and train station on Plaça Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins.
The Apartment
The Aquarius apartment is situated on the 3th floor of the building. There is a lift for your convenience. The layout of the living room area is very bright and modern, with large windows allowing an unusual amount of light to enter into the apartment.
The kitchen is integrated in the living room. It is very colourful and contemporary with a state of the art vitroceramic cooker and extractor fan. You also have access to a washing machine in the kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a small internal patio.
The bedrooms are accessed through a hallway, off which you also find the bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower to the right. The second bed room with bunk beds is actually the end section of the hallway where the door in to the main bedroom is found to the left.
The main bedroom itself is spacious and bright. It also has a wardrobe for your belongings.
If you are looking for a comfortable and modern apartment right in the centre of Palma, the Aquarius apartment is an excellent choice!
