A luxury villa with pool, designed by an architect and environmentally friendly!
The Son Dardor is a beautifully designed four-bedroom villa in the middle of the peaceful Mallorcan countryside. The location is very private and there is a big poolside terrace with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine as well as the peaceful nights.
The area surrounding the villa
The Son Dardor Villa is located about 500 meters from the San Joan roundabout on the motorway that connects Palma with Manacor. It has its own private access road from the main road that leads up to the house through almond and carob trees.
Set back from the main road behind a small copse, the location is very quiet and very peaceful. A haven for those looking for a relaxing holiday in style, away from the noise and crowds found in other parts of the island.
The outside seating area as well as the pool and the pool area all have panoramic views of the Mallorcan countryside and the picturesque village Villafranca. The terraced area ends with a typical Mallorcan wall made of stone.
Next to the villa is a large parking area with room for plenty of cars.
The house has been constructed and designed taking ecological sustainability into account, among other things it is completely self-sufficient when it comes to electricity, thanks to panels of sun cells and batteries that store the energy for when it is needed.
As for location, it is very easy to reach the villa on fast roads from the airport. It is located only five minutes from Sant Joan, which is another pretty little village in the centre of Mallorca. From here you will find plenty of walking paths as well as cycling paths.
The nearest beaches are those in the Puerto Cristo area on the east side of the island. It takes around 25 minutes by car to get there. The nearest golf course is "La Rotana Golf", three kilometers from Manacor, about 20 minutes away.
The villa
The villa consists of four double bedrooms. The main bedroom with a four-poster bed has an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom can be accessed either through the second bedroom or through the corridor.
The main bedroom, as well as bedrooms three and four, have access straight out to the terrace and pool area. The second bedroom has a door leading out to the other side of the house with a path leading round the house to the pool area.
The main area of the villa contains a luxury kitchen, equipped with wine cooler and other high quality items such as a Nespresso coffee machine complete with 20 coffee capsules. The kitchen is fully integrated in the living room/dining room area from where a staircase leads up to the mezzanine level and a second terrace.
There are sliding doors throughout this main area, which makes it easy to access the pool area as well as the outside dining area. This is the ideal place for outside living; there is a shaded terrace that runs along two sides of the house with plenty of seating, including the outdoor dining table. The sun lovers will appreciate the lovely poolside sofa as an additional feature as well as the sun loungers.
All furniture is made of high quality and 100% recovered teak wood.
This villa is the perfect place for those with tranquility and luxury as top priorities!
