The area surrounding the apartment
Puerto Pollença is popular with visitors of all ages. The traditional Mallorquian harbour has turned into a bustling marina full of bars, shops and restaurants. The Talaia apartments are situated within easy walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the centre, and the location is very quiet.

The lovely, bright Talaia bajos B apartment also features a terrace with dining table and chairs for you to be able to have breakfast or dine outside in the sunshine, or why not enjoy a glass of wine during the warm evenings.
From the terrace, you can access the street behind the building and take the short cut to the beach across the building in front which is owned by the same owners. That is how close the beach and Pine Walk are from the Talaia apartments! It is very convenient to be able to get straight from the beach onto the terrace and then in to the apartment...
The lounge in the apartment is bright and the comfortable sofas a perfect resting place after a hard day on the beach. You have access to satellite TV here as well.
The kitchen is modern and full of light. It contains all items necessary to make your holiday a hassle fee one. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. all at your disposal. There is also a washing machine and dryer in this area together with ironing board and iron.
The bedroom and bathroom are located off the lounge. The bathroom comes with bathtub, toilet and bidet and are light and modern in style.
