This wonderful apartment is ideal for your visit to Mallorca. It is situated in the lovely Santa Ponça golf area, near the beach but also not too far from the city life of Palma.

The area surrounding the apartment:
Santa Ponça is located near the sea, west of Palma. In Santa Ponça centre you can find anything you need in form of supermarkets, banks, restaurants and so on. The Chopin apartment is situated just next to one of the golf courses in a newly built complex where the standards are very high. There are no less than three swimming pools for the guests to choose between!

The apartment:

The Chopin apartment is an amazing two bedroom apartment. Instead of making it a three bedroom apartment, the idea was to keep the sense of space and light throughout which means that all rooms are large and bright. Through the hallway you have the two bedrooms on your right.

The main bedroom has a little terrace and an en-suit bathroom. There is plently of wardrobe space for your belongings and a lot of details that you will appreciate, like fo example the extra TV set. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and contrains both walk in shower and bathtub with jacuzzi jets. There are also twin sinks in here.

The second bedroom is another very bright room and is right next to the second bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and towels. Again, this bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your use.

The Chopin apartment is sharp and modern in decor; the living/dining room is a fantastic blend of black and cream. Off the dining part of the roomy lounge you will find another smaller terrace. There is a TV and DVD for your entertainment and the sofa is a very inviting place to spend some time relaxing after a round of golf or a visit to the beach. Here you also find the main doors leading out to the large terrace.

The kitchen is modern and elegant in style; it contains all utensils you might need if you decide to eat in such as blender, toaster, pots and pans, coffe maker, dishwasher and so on. You can also access the terrace through the kitchen and out on this part of the terrace there is a large dining table, should you decide to have breakfast outdoors in the sunshine. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine.

The terrace of this lovely apartment is really where you want to spend most of your time, even if the interior is amazing. Out on the large terrace you have a set of wooden furniture right off the lounge, a dining table off the kitchen and furthest away a beautiful wooden sofa, perfect for an afternoon siesta or perhaps a good book. The view from here is of one of the pools in the complex.
