Located in a residential neighbourhood very near the beach at El Toro, Santa Ponça, the Athos apartment offers accommodation of outstanding quality. The apartment shares a large pool area as well as a utility room with two other apartments.
The Athos apartment is located on the first floor of a large house in Puerto Adriano.
The Area surrounding the Apartment
The apartment is located just a 10 minutes' walk from the Port Adriano beach and marina - one of Mallorca's beautiful coastal developments a mere 20 minutes' drive from Palma airport.
Mallorca is well-known among golfers and rightly so! The Athos apartment is located only 5 minutes from 3 golf courses: Santa Ponsa I, II and III. This is also a good area for all kinds of water sports.
Puerto Adriano/El Toro is famous for its marina and the child friendly beach area. It invites you to a nice selection of quality restaurants as well as bars, cafés and supermarkets. You are also only 10 minutes from Santa Ponsa centre, where you will find additional cafés, restaurants and shops.
This is a quiet area very suitable for families and couples looking for modern and stylish accommodation in a tranquil setting. The apartments are also ideal for larger groups or families that wish to stay near each other but still be self contained.
The Apartment
The Athos apartment is located on the top floor of the villa and you access the apartment via an external staircase.
The front door opens up to a spacious living room/dining area where the stylish kitchen is also integrated. There is seating for six around an elegant table in the dining area where you can also enjoy fantastic sea views through the windows.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with anything you might need should you opt for dinner at home while you stay at this fantastic apartment. There is a dishwasher to ensure no one gets stuck doing the dishes during the holiday!
The living room is fully air conditioned and this is enough for the entire apartment. There is also heating in all the rooms for those choosing to visit Mallorca during the quieter winter months (discounts available for monthly lets).
The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan. There is also a pretty little table and chair provided as a beauty area in one part of the room.
The second bedroom holds two individual beds that can be arranged either as on the picture or next to each other. The two bedrooms share the modern looking bathroom located in between. Guests 5 and 6 share the sofa bed in the lounge.
The Athos apartment shares a large pool and sunbathing area with two other apartments. The pool is 10x5 meters and the sunbathing area holds a large number of stylish deck chairs and umbrellas. There is also a utility room in connection to the pool area where there are washing machines provided for the guests.
There is also a large terrace connected to the living room and the access stair case. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between. The sea views from this terrace are truly breathtaking!
