The Area Surrounding the Apartment
The area where the Magrana apartment is located is called Novo Porto Cristo, a small urbanization not far from Porto Cristo itself and the famous Caves of Drac. This is the east coast of Mallorca that is very family friendly and full of little hidden beaches with white sand and turquoise water.
It is an ideal location for those wishing to really relax and enjoy their holiday, away from the more commercial tourist resorts but still only a few minutes away from outstanding blue flag beaches and high quality restaurants.
The Apartment
The 100m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex, close to the swimming pool, which you can access from the apartment’s terrace where a staircase leads down to the pool area and garden.
The terrace is furnished and is an ideal spot for eating outside, watching the children in the pool or enjoying the fantastic sea view.
Inside the apartment there are two large bedrooms as well as two spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two individual beds.
The kitchen area again is very bright and roomy. It is a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a separate room for the washing machine and space to hang laundry if you prefer not to use valuable terrace space! Alternatively you can use the dryer machine.
The living room and dining room leads out to the terrace and here you find plenty of seating for all of you. The sofa is comfortable and the ideal place for a bit of relaxing TV or DVD watching after a hard day’s sunbathing!
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the whole apartment to ensure your comfort in the summer months as well as the winter months. Please ask us for special offers for long winter rentals!
