Attic apartment with direct access to the beach in one of the best areas on the Costa del Sol, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in exactly the way that it’s meant to be enjoyed!.
The seaside promenade will take you on an easy walk to the centre of town where you can shop at the local supermarkets and stores, and where you can find a great selection of bars and restaurants.
The Apartment:
The Tierra Attic apartment is located in a development with large green areas, swimming pools, and paddle tennis and tennis courts, a private parking lot, and 24/7 security.
It is extraordinarily bright in each room as all the rooms are exterior facing. The spacious living-room has a large window and direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The dining area has a table that seats four.
The bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. From the corridor you have access to the bathroom, fitted with a bathtub. The sofa in the living-room serves as a double bed, so the total capacity of the apartment is for four guests.
It has a 20sqm terrace which surrounds the home, with sea views where you can enjoy your meals night and day at a table that seats four guests, you can also sunbathe on the two hammocks or enjoy a book and the sea views.
The apartment has marble flooring, built-in wardrobes, modern appliances and LED TVs. It’s carefully chosen décor is one of the highlights of this magnificent apartment.

Manilva
Surrounded by vineyards next to the Mediterranean you will find Manilva. Its town center is set back from the coast by about 2 km. Among its monuments stands the castle of the Duchess, built to protect the coast from pirate invasions, and the church of Santa Ana, dating the eighteenth century. Great place to play golf and please do not leave without trying the delicious fresh local fish: bream, mullet, grouper, tuna, baked sardines ...
Manilva is considered one of the most popular tourist towns on the coast of Malaga. Among its assets, we highlight the Castillo de la Duquesa, the Roman Villa Sabinillas and the Church of Santa Ana. With more than 8 km of beaches, among which we highlight the Sabinillas, Punta Chullera and the del Castillo.
The beaches that bathe the Manilva coastline stretch along eight kilometers and are characterized by their fine sand and crystalline waters. Among the most important beaches we have the Sabinillas Beach, with all the necessary services and infrastructure and which has been awarded with the "Blue Flag" . Beach Chullera, with a great ecological interest and the Playa del Castillo along the Puerto Deportivo of La Duquesa.
It also has beaches with attractive landscapes such as beach Chullera or Punta de Chullera, Playa de las Arenas o EL Gobernador, Beach del Negro , Playa de los Toros, Playa de la Duquesa or the Castillo.
