The apartment is located less than 10 minutes from Puerto Banús, the best place for shopping and entertainment, and close to Marbella, a lovely place in which to walk within it’s historic centre.
This is a further option when staying in this area, where golf lovers will find plenty of Golf Clubs. No more than 5 minutes away there are the Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso Golf and Guadalmina Golf clubs.
We recommend having your own vehicle in order to easily move around.
The Apartment:
The Selwo apartment is large and bright, located in a tranquil development close to the very famous town of Benahavís, well-known for its vast culinary history.
The living/dining room has sofas, armchairs, a TV set and a fireplace. In the living-room you can completely relax after a day sightseeing along the coast. It is furnished with a dining table for 6 guests, and has 2 terraces, one on the ground floor with a table and chairs, and the other on the upper floor with sofas and a table, both just perfect for conversation with your family and for enjoying spending time and having meals all together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook your meals just like at home.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds joined together, a TV and a full en-suite bathroom. From the master bedroom you can also access the terrace on the upper floor. The other bedrooms have two single beds each. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes where you can place your belongings and have space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs.
The development has large communal garden areas, 3 open air swimming pools, and paddle tennis and tennis courts.

Estepona
Estepona is located on the western edge of the Malaga coast, a few kilometers away from the provincial border with Cádiz. This convenient location attracted the Phoenicians over two thousand years ago, who made of "Astapa" an important Mediterranean trading port.
Estepona has retained its leadership today, thanks to the major tourist infrastructure built around its magnificent beaches. The de La Rada Beach is one of the most emblematic. Located near the city center, this wide sandy beach with an attractive palm tree lined promenade offers all kind of amenities to enjoy the sun and sea at any time of year.
Other beautiful beaches are La Galera, Bahía Dorada, El Saladillo or the very well known nudist beach of Costa Natura, in Arroyo Vaquero.
Estepona has a notable marina, which provides the possibility to enjoy all type of water sports such as sailing, diving or fishing.
Those who prefer horse racing, will find in Estepona one of the most important riding schools in the area: the School of Equestrian Art Costa del Sol.The school offers the possibility to learn or improve all kind of equestrian sports and participate in various activities related to the horse world.
Of its rich Roman past remains abundant vestiges ,outstanding among which are some old baths and other remains found around the Tower river Guadalmansa.
The salted fish, Malaga style fried fish , octopus salad and sardines on the spit are among the delights that make up the culinary heritage of Estepona.
Nature offers incredible scenery in the Natural Park Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja in the southwest of the province.
