The Escritores apartment is located in a very sough-after seaside area, due to it’s tranquillity and it's unique tourist interests.
Due to being located only one street away from the beach-front, and in the central area of Cala de Mijas, this apartment is the perfect accommodation to satisfy your every wish and need.
The beach is just metres away, and there you can find beach bars known as "chiringuitos", other bars and restaurants. Doing your grocery shopping is also easy as you are also located right in the centre of this beautiful town.
The Apartment:
The Escritores apartment is located in a newly constructed building one street from the beach-front, so it is less than 3 minute’s walking distance from where you will be sunbathing on the beach. It's ideal for couples looking for privacy and tranquillity for their stay.
This bright apartment has, approximately, a 45sqm surface area and an additional 15sqm terrace. It is on the first floor and has elevator access.
With comfortable and contemporary furnishings it is perfectly suited to any guests' needs. It comprises of a separate bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, a large living/dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals if you wish to do so. Furthermore, the chaise-longue style sofa turns into a single bed for one other guest.
It is fitted with A/C and heating.
Access to the terrace is through the living-room or the bedroom, and it's the ideal place in which to sunbathe or enjoy al-fresco meals on summer days.

Mijas

A combination of excellent climate throughout the year and quality waters, Mijas is an ideal destination for those seeking a place where they can enjoy the coast without losing all the attractions hidden in the mountains of Malaga.
The Lagunas show the most innovative face of Mijas. Golf courses and other sports and cultural facilities are only part of the many services offered by the municipality.
As you approach the coast, the rugged landscape becomes smoother until arriving to the sea in the enclave known as La Cala. Traditional fishing village, today is the center of 12 kilometers of beaches. The Farillo, Calaburras, La Butibamba, El Chaparral and La Cala are just some of them, along which are located elegant estates and other services. Here visitors can play golf, tennis and all kinds of water sports such as diving or boating. Another possibility is to bathe in its waters or simply lie in the sun and enjoy.
Hikers can enjoy the many trails that meander through the rural interior, through pine forests and summits. The paths leading to the chapel of Calvary ( XIX century) or the old marble quarry are some suggestive options awaiting the visitor.
La cuisine in Mijas brings together a broad sampling of the regional tradition. However, it is known in the town its special devotion for the starters, always washed down with sweet wines original from the region.
