Besides being the place for enjoying every nightlife option, this location offers much more: a less than ten minutes walk will take you to the Gran Vïa, most important Avenue and the heart of Madrid´s centre. And just half a block away from the apartment you´ll find Tribunal Metro Station from which you can reach any touristc point and museum in the city with only a three stations ride in any way.

On one hand of Fuencarral Street, the Chueca begins. It is a neighbourhood that contrasts shops and characters from the old classic Madrid with the most avant-gard tendencies in restaurants, bars, music, design, etc. it used to be an old neighbourhood that has been modernized and also became famous for hosting the gay community which has made this area 24 hours lively. The apartment:

It is lovely apartment for its comfort, design and young and cheerful decoration. In honour to its name, Buda is full of zen details that make it special. It is also veru luminous since both the bedroom and living room have got two large windows that look over Fuencarral St –the street that never sleeps, but you will because no noises are heard from this third floor-.
The main room is a big loft type place in which the kitchen and living room are, separated by an L shape bar that surrounds the modern kitchen. It has three tall chairs so it can be used as a table although there is another one fixed to the wall.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed, ideal for a relaxed moment either enjoying the view or the apartment´s facilities such as fflat screen TV, DVD or the CD player.
The double bed is in a separated bedroom which also has a big dressing room and cupboard. The bathroom is also spacious and it has a bath.
It is a very modern and inviting apartment in which all passengers fell at home.
