The Habana II apartment is a perfect choice for the visitor to Madrid, either on holidays or for business.

The area surrounding the apartment;
The location is perfect!! In a residential neighbourhood, considered to be one of the best in Madrid and known as Chanmartin, this apartment is located on Paseo de la Habana, a quiet and relaxing area; also close by at a 8-10 min walk is Plaza Castilla, where the guest will find every kind of connection to ensure their arrival downtown in about 10-15 mins or to any of the surrounding areas...
At a short 5 minute walk from the apartment you will find a large commercial centre where you can shop for almost anything... In front of the apartment the guest will find the number 14 bus stop, this will take you downtown with stops (20-25 mins) to downtown and further on to such palces as el Museo del Prado, along the way..
The M30 and the M40 are also close by the Habana apartment which makes it extremely easy to get to any destination.....
