The accommodation is located in an apartment building complex with 24/7 security, a garden and a lovely open-air pool. The complex comprises of four buildings with the apartment located on the third floor of one of them. This is a particularly bright duplex apartment,
very well equipped with all commodities imaginable, a/c. in the bedrooms, wireless internet access, the possibility of renting a parking space in the next door building, etc.
The apartment can house 4 guests in 114sq.m, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main floor there is the living/dining-room with adjoining kitchen, and a bathroom. It has great Climalit glass windows. On the upper floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, with two single beds each, and in the master bedroom they can be made up into a 180cm wide King-size bed. These are two truly delightful rooms, and the master bedroom is simply fantastic. It also has access to a terrace where it’s possible to sunbath in total privacy.
The open-air pools are open from the end of June to the beginning of September (depending on the Residents Association and the weather).
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 20 meters.
