The area surrounding the apartment:

The apartment is located five minutes away both form Barajas Airport and Madrid´s Conventions Centre by car. This is a very recently constructed area in the city that´s becoming one the most valuable neighbourhoods in Madrid due to its proximity to the airport, the great modern buildings and green public spaces.
It is impressive how fast these new buildings are growing, reason for which a spectacular leisure and shopping centre has been built here. It has 16 enormous screen cinemas, a fitness centre, a great variety of restaurants and pubs, all the main worldwide fashion boutiques, and complete news in Spain, the city for kids.
Due to the valorisation of this area the metro has extended and now the nearest station is Alamada de Osuna or any of the buses that come to this area.

The apartment:

The apartment is in a very modern and five stars building: it counts with security system 24 hours, garden, gym, parking, outdoors and indoors swimming pool, between other facilities.

It is a 110 m2 apartment distributed in an entrance hall, a big dinning room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room, very luminous and with marble floors, has been decorated in a very elegant style. There is a big wooden table and a very comfortable leather sofa next to the crystal coffee table, TV and DVD. The big balcony looks over the main garden and swimming pool.
Two of the rooms are for on person, both with exterior windows, and the third one has a double bed and a bathroom in suite with bath and other special details included: marble walls, heating inside and a glass specially prepared no to get misty.
The other bathroom is very similar. The kitchen is very spacious, it even has another table with two chairs, perfect for having breakfast or any quick meal, and a separated place where the washing machine is and place for hanging up wet clothes.
