Located on the Plaza del Dos de Mayo. One of the most pleasant places of the downtown/centre.
An ample square surrounded by trees, and a park for the smallest, where you can also find all kind of terraces and nice restaurants where to enjoy the sun with a fantastic appetizer or the daily news
The area surrounding:
La Plaza del dos de Mayo is situated right in the neuralgic center of the District of Malasaña, one of the most attractive neighbourhoods of the city, with its young atmosphere and the great fashionable variety of the premises and stores that surround it. Comparable to Tribeca in New York or Nothing Hill in London.
In addition to being a very safe zone its very well communicated by public transportation with all the points of the superb city, by many bus lines or by the Madrid underground (Bilbao Station).
Five minutes walking from Fuencarral street, a long avenue that arrives to the Gran Vía which in all its extension is filled with cinemas in its beginning, restaurants and different stores jammed with diverse and interesting people.
The District of Malasaña borders on the District of Chueca very fashionable in the city where it is possible to get in10 minutes walking.
