In this great neighbourhood the guest can enjoy a diverse selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.. choosing from the ones that have been there for many many years already and are part and parcel of Madrid or perhpas from the newer more adventurous kind that are opening every day in the fashion, music and cultural scene of Madrid..

This neighbouhood is great for wandering around and taking in the scenery and all that is going on... with Plaza de Chueca as your focal point and with the metro stop Chueca to hand, the guest can map out their daily jaunts from this centrally located apartment. This very special neighbourhood has lots to see within walking distance such as "la Puerta del Sol" or "Plaza Mayor" at only 10 minutes distance walking down Gran Via and la called Alcalá; headed in the opposite direction the guest can make his way to the "paseo de la Castellana", the "Biblioteca Nacional" or to the "Museo del Prado" at roughly 10 minutes....

Of course, the option to hang around the Chueca neighourhood should also be high on the "to do" list as it is full of energy and atmosphere with plenty going on at any time, espcially drinking some fab spanish wine and fantastic nibbles al fresco in one of the many cafe terraces....

This 3rd floor apartment, (building comes with an elevator), is a light filled loft where the kitchen, living and dining area are all one.... this great apartment gets plenty of light from the six balconies which have lovely views of the neighbourhood with it's ancient small and narrow streets. It is a very calming aparmtent which is great for relaxing and chilling out after a hard day of sight seeing or shopping and a wonderful area to sit back and sip some wine on the extremely comfy sofas before heading out to discover Madrid at nighttime... this sofa can also be used for the extra 3rd and 4th guests, this is a comfortable sofa bed of 135 x 180 ....

The bedroom is as tastefully decorated as the rest of the apartment and does not disappoint.. As you can see from the photos is is a great bedroom and comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for the guests belongings; there are also 2 balconies and this room comes with AC. The very modern bathroom comes with black and white tiling and a great shower. The kitchen is spacious and is also modern with all the mod cons necessary to make this a hassle free and convenient stay in the apartment...

Not only is the Chueca Loft in one of the great neighbourhoods in Madrid, but it also is a fantastic apartment which will just make your stay in Madrid a memorable one....
