The area surrounding the aparmtent;

It’s a stylishly duplex close to the famous Plaza de Toros de “Las Ventas” of Madrid. A typical and famous place where the bull festival takes place once a year in the capital of Spain. Every year in May, Las Ventas becomes the heart of Madrid, with plenty of colour and a great energy from the people who are celebrating an ancient festival.

Close to Alcala St., one of the most important streets in Madrid which crosses all the city right from the center “Puerta del Sol” to the North-East exit of Madrid. The apartament is located near number 300 of Alcala, a place full of all kinds of shops commercial areas, shops, cinemas… with a big park nearby.

Las Ventas is 1km from the conection of M30 highway wich surounds the city. So it is a great place for those who need to be connected with other parts of the city like business centers or areas that might be a little further away.

The Apartment;

It is located in a modern building with elevator and aswimming pool. The building has a concierge during business hours. A very nice 60sqm duplex apartment with a bright living room facing the outside street with a big sofa perfect for relaxing, listening to some music or just lounging around . The kitchen is also in this same area connected with a small bar where you can have breakfast… or a drink. Las Ventas has all the regular entertainment center gadgets like V, DVD, and stereo along with refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave..

From the living room some stairs bring you to two modern bedrooms with a lots of natural light coming from various velux dormer windows. The main room has a double bed with two chairs were you can just relax, read a book, listen to some music..

It also has a big wardrobe with a chest of drawers to put store clothes.

The second room has a double pull over sofa bed, futon style. Some shelves, a settee sofa to rest and another inside wardrobe completes the corner.

Between these two rooms we find a not very big but very luminous and very tastefully combined bathroom with wc,shower, sink, etc. The look is modern, clean and fresh looking.

When using the udnerground system the stop is El Carmen station and by bus we have several combinations five minutes walk from the main entrance.
