This apartment is anyone's dream holiday home: large, very comfortable, superbly located, and impeccably decorated to the highest standards.

Located in a building with a 24hour doorman, in a respectable, secure neighbourhood; in the up-scale area of Paseo de la Castellana, right in front of Picasso Tower and just behind Paseo de la Habana, and just meters away from the world famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of the Real Madrid football team. It's a very safe neighbourhood where you can find all the shops and services you might need.

The Apartment:

This apartment is certainly what you would call 5-star, thanks to it’s luxury design, tasteful decór and superb quality furnishings and fittings. Perfect for a family travelling with staff.
The apartment is on the fifth floor and is exterior facing. It has two entrances, front and back, each with its own elevator to the two different doors. To the right of the main entrance is a large living/dining room next to a large TV room. Both areas fully furnished for chilling-out in comfort, and relaxation. Both rooms have large windows facing the outside, making it bright and airy and allowing natural light to flood in, and giving you an incredible view out over the local neighbourhood – which is also Madrid's main, and bustling, business district.
Up to 9 guests can be accommodated in the four bedrooms, and there are 4 bathrooms. Overall, it has an area of 210 sqm, so all the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The refined décor has been kept tasteful and classic. It is equipped with air conditioning in every room (excluding bathrooms), and also offers internet access and everything else you could possiby need for a wonderful stay.

Chamartin

The “Paseo de la Castellana” starts in Plaza de Colón, north of the Salamanca district, continuing north you come to “Nuevos Ministerios” an area  another of Madrid major rail interchange. A few kilometres north you come to the Plaza de Castilla district, an area of skyscrapers, commercial and financial center. On the Metro Plaza de Castilla, you access to anywhere in the city within a few minutes.

 

In this vast area are located the more expensive homes in Madrid in different categories and types of residential areas: The area of Viso, Cruz del Rayo, Alberto Alcocer, Paseo de la Habana, Alfonso XIII or Costa Rica, are names and references of many of these areas impossible to appoint completely.

The area of Plaza de Castilla has the most striking skyscraper of the profile Madrilenian, the most prominent are the “inclined Puerta de Europa towers”, or KIO Towers, designed by renowned architect Philip Johnson. At this point begins the Paseo de la Castellana, the main artery that crosses Madrid from north to south, to link up with the Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado and arriving at Atocha train station. Besides being an area with modern office buildings, many prestigious restaurants and boutiques are located here.

 

The Chamartin district is an area that combines a spirit and modern residential buildings and Chalets surrounded by gardens and quiet streets perfect for strolling, with many shopping and business areas where you can find all kinds of stores, supermarkets and one of the best markets in Madrid, the Potosi, for its quality and variety in all kinds of high quality food. Likewise there is a wide variety of restaurants of all types and categories, catering for Spanish and international cuisine. With typical Tapas bars and pubs, cafes, etc open late into the night accompany them as a complement to the activities of leisure Club Fashion, Pubs and Clubs of live music and so on. Through the Metro stations in Colombia and Cuzco, the area is communicated directly with the airport and the site of the International Fair of Madrid IFEMA at least 4 stations, as well as the Chamartin train station you have the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid's football club just 10 minutes by metro.
