This great 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for your visit to Madrid, ideal location from which to map out all your acitivities while visiting this great city.
The Moncloa apartment is in a great location, and although not one of the older "barrios" it gives easy access to all places of interest such as Puera del Sol, Gran Via, etc...
The area surrounding the apartment;
As mentioned above the Moncloa neighbourhood is not one of the "older" barrios of the city, nonetheless it is a great spot and lcoated at only 15 mins from Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and other areas of interest to the tourist visiting Madrid. Ideal in location as it is central but doesn't suffer from the hussle and bustle of the areas with the non-stop flow of tourists and surrounded by green expanses..
The Moncloa apartment is located on a street with very wide footpaths and has lots of nice bars and restaurants to choose from should you decide to enjoy an aperitif...

The great two bedroom aparmtent is located in the Moncloa barrio and is a spacious apartment, perfect for a family get away or a small group of friends visiting Madrid...
The main bedroom comes with a double bed and wardrobe space for the guests belongings while the second bedroom comes with two single beds and wardrobe space.. Both bedrooms have been kept modern and simple in style and ensure the comfort of the guests..
The living/dining room is great; with the use of colour the apartment has been given a fun and friendly feeling making the guest feel right at home from the moment they walk in... the lovely hardwood floor throughout the aparmtent also helps to give that feeling of warmth and relaxation...
The bathroom is great and definitely a fun area!! the colour green has been used througout the bathroom.. here you will find a bath/shower unit, sink, toilet, etc and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival....
The kichen is modern and fully equipped, the guest will feel right at home should they wish to prepare any kind of meal..
This second floor apartment is easy to access as the building has an elevator; the apartment also faces towards an interior patio which ensures quiet, making those holiday sleep-ins a reality... and in this case makes for a very luminous apartment as the natural light pours into the apartment..
