The Da Vinci III Apartment is a different and new well thought out concept. The apartment is located in a charismatic and traditional neighborhood of Madrid without being in the center of the city. The apartment has easy and quick access to the city center with public transportation. In fact, it only takes 10-15 minutes by metro to get to the Puerto del Sol. The location allows the apartment to offer top quality decor and equipment at a reasonable price for everyone.

If you are looking for comfort in your stay in Madrid, this apartment will let you enjoy everything this great city has to offer.

The Apartment:

The apartment is located in a new building, with the option of parking, on the Calle Alcala. The Calle Alcala is one of the most emblematic streets of Madrid in the Quintana neighborhood. The area offers every service you could possibly need such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation to the city center.

The Da Vinci III Apartment is 60 squared meters and has a small terrace. The distribution of the apartment is fantastic with 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has 1 double bed and the other consists of 2 individual beds.

Without a doubt, a great effort has been made to decorate this apartment with class, good taste and quality for those who want to feel at home.
This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units.
The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same. Your specific apartment will be allocated on arrival.

Quintana

The Quintana neighborhood belongs to the Cuidad Lineal district which is at the end of Calle Alcala around number 360, right after the M-30 Beltway which circles the city. The Quintana neighborhood extends: From North to South from the street Virgen del Lluch to the street Vital Aza and East to West from the street Federico Gutierrez to the street Florencio Llorente. Calle Alcala, the longest avenue in Madrid, is an important reference point which starts at the famous Kilometer O in the Puerta del Sol and runs all the way to number 400. Calle Alcala is one of the most emblematic streets of the city and offers an endless amount of services such as supermarkets, shops and coffee shops. Apart from the Calle Alcala which is full of traffic and many transients, the neighborhood is quite peaceful. It is an area with a small town feel where you will find the neighbors chatting in the streets and the senior citizens playing Bocce Ball. The oldest buildings, the majority being modest apartments, were constructed in the 50´s and 60´s. However, recently there have been many new well-built modern building constructed in the area with garages, swimming pools and competitive prices for young middle-class families. There is a modern shopping center at the cross streets of Arturo Soria and Alcala where one can find everything he or she could possible need. The closest Metro Station is Quintana ( Line 5, Green ).

Jorge, Spain 17 May 2011
