On the other side of the living room, you will find the dining area with a glass table and stylish vanguard chairs creating a very nice ambience.
The entrance hall combines classic furniture with bright Belgian fabric on the walls. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction ceramic hob and air-conditioning.
The 8 person capacity apartment has 4 bedrooms with built-in spacious closets. All have been decorated with great taste. The master bedroom has been wonderfully decorated with light warm colors and wallpaper on parts of the ceiling. It has a comfortable queen sized bed and two wooden Spanish style night stands. The second bedroom has two individual beds with beige iron headboards. The third cozy bedroom, painted in an original color, has a nice sized individual bed and a comfortable armchair. The fourth and smallest bedroom consists of an individual sofa bed making it ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet. The bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with bathtub in the master bedroom and the other one with a shower, have been finished with the best materials such as Porcelanosa and Grohe which will assure you a nice relaxing bath with the prefect water temperature. At arrival, you will find the apartment interior temperature and the bath and shower temperature already regulated.
The apartment has a selection of contemporary literature and novels giving the apartment distinction. Finally the Arturo Soria apartment and complex have air-conditioning, a daytime porter, security cameras in the parking garage, two elevators, a service elevator and everything you could possibly need for a fabulous stay.

Chamartin
The “Paseo de la Castellana” starts in Plaza de Colón, north of the Salamanca district, continuing north you come to “Nuevos Ministerios” an area another of Madrid major rail interchange. A few kilometres north you come to the Plaza de Castilla district, an area of skyscrapers, commercial and financial center. On the Metro Plaza de Castilla, you access to anywhere in the city within a few minutes.
In this vast area are located the more expensive homes in Madrid in different categories and types of residential areas: The area of Viso, Cruz del Rayo, Alberto Alcocer, Paseo de la Habana, Alfonso XIII or Costa Rica, are names and references of many of these areas impossible to appoint completely.
The area of Plaza de Castilla has the most striking skyscraper of the profile Madrilenian, the most prominent are the “inclined Puerta de Europa towers”, or KIO Towers, designed by renowned architect Philip Johnson. At this point begins the Paseo de la Castellana, the main artery that crosses Madrid from north to south, to link up with the Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado and arriving at Atocha train station.
