The Cervantes II Apartment in Madrid

This apartment is situated in Malasaña, one of the most desired neighborhoods of Madrid with great character. During the last few years, this neighborhood has undergone some revamping with the renovation of buildings, streets and sidewalks which have almost converted the neighborhood into an all pedestrian area recuperating the aesthetics and the architecture of this interesting city.

The apartment is characterized by its personality and originality achieving the perfect space for the comfort of anyone who resides there with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms and natural light. From its six balconies overlooking the street, you will enjoy the fantastic, magical nights of Madrid.

The Apartments:

This apartment is located on the third floor, with elevator, of a beautiful re-modeled classical building typical of Madrid. The very large 140 m2 apartment consists of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Without a doubt, one can deduce by looking at the pictures that the decoration has been created with great sensitivity focusing on small details ensuring the guests feel right at home. The furniture has been chosen from the best quality which sets it apart from the typical furniture that we have all become accustomed to.
The apartment has maintained its original tile flooring which plays an important role in the decor which perfectly combines the rest of the elements and the colorful walls.
There are three double bedrooms mixed with a queen sized bed and 3 individual beds accommodating all types of groups. Two of the bedrooms have large exterior windows. Although the third bedroom is interior, it has a wooden framed door, done with much taste, with transparent glass which lets in the natural light from the rest of the apartment. This bedroom has two one-meter Japanese style futons which ensures a comfortable night. Furthermore, the décor in this bedroom is simple and clean. The colorful night stand separating the two beds and the colorful flooring make the room complete.
The second bedroom is connected to the living room by a beautiful archway. In spite of the fact that there is no door which could limit complete privacy, a beautiful Chinese folding screen has been placed to give all the privacy needed to this lovely bedroom crowned by a red wall with a fantastic photograph. The double bed/futon is surrounded by beautiful furniture and special elements. The clothes dresser, the designer lamp and the night stand, each different and unique, all give a personal touch that everyone will appreciate.
The third bedroom, with its two individual beds, has been equally decorated with great taste and fine furniture. The colorful dresser, the circular common nightstand for both beds and night lamp that resembles a modernist sculpture have each been carefully chosen from different antique shops over the years. The living room is without a doubt the most outstanding area in the apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable for all activities such as watching television, reading or working.
Also worth mentioning is the dresser and the large black fur sofa together with a beautiful and comfortable armchair and glass coffee table. The dining room table and chairs are adjacent.
The apartment has two full bathrooms with bathtubs that, like the rest of the apartment, are consistent with original decor and are very cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer, dishwasher and all the modern necessities.
The apartment has wireless internet, independent heating and air-conditioning. Everything necessary for the perfect stay.
