The Latina V Apartment in Madrid

This apartment, located in the heart of old Madrid, is a delight for anyone who chooses it. The bedrooms and living room are very luminous, spacious and comfortable.

This apartment has balconies overlooking one of the most traditional and emblematic plazas of the city which has been recently been converted into a flower market. This is where the famous Sunday street market “El Rastro” begins which is full of stands with everything you can imagine. It is a great atmosphere enjoyable for everyone.

The Apartment:

An apartment like this is hard to find these days with its grand living room, dining room, foyer and spacious areas.
From the entrance hall go left to the dining room where you will find a fantastic glass table for six with white columns and wooden chairs with high backrests. To the left towards the plaza through the archway, you´ll find the living room which has a large three-seat sofa with matching armchair next to a large coffee table and dresser. This apartment is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. There is a flat screen television and DVD player. Furthermore, there is a desk and chair with plenty of natural light where you can work comfortably.
Also worth mentioning is the original tile flooring with designs from another time period.
As you walk further into the apartment, to the right you´ll find a large kitchen decorated with modern white furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the modern necessities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and other small appliances. There is plenty of natural light coming from the balcony.

As you walk down the hallway, you will find different bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an iron headboard. Furthermore, the master bedroom has a fireplace. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. Finally, the third smaller bedroom consists of one single bed and a single sofa bed. All bedrooms have wooden flooring giving them a cozy warm feeling.
Both bathrooms have baths and come with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.
