The apartment is situated in a historical aristocratic building, beautifully renovated while maintaining the essence of the original construction; a curious feature of the building is the elevator, an antique one of a kind rarely found nowadays, since the majority of these large buildings, in which originally there were only a few very large dwellings, have now been converted into modern apartments, with the interior of the building itself also having been renovated.
The property is in fact a penthouse, 80 square metres in size with a 35-square-metre terrace, and has room for four people; there is one independent bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building and it should be pointed out that the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor. From thereon one climbs up a narrow staircase with not too many steps to reach the old-fashioned lofts where the property is situated.
