Located in one of the favourite quarters of the city – the Barrio de Salamanca.

This apartment is of a very high category, decorated and furnished in a way to please all visitors. This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is within a few minutes walk from the Calle Alcalá – one of the biggest and most representative streets of Madrid. One of the best known shopping areas can also be found next door.

The apartment:

This fantastic 3 bedroom apartment is without doubt a very good choice for families and businessmen that want to spend their time in Madrid in a quiet and safe area that is at the same time close to all the important sights of the city. The building in which the apartment is situated is of a very classic style of a high category with a professional concierge, a good neighborhood, a spacious entrance, and an elevator.

The apartment is on the third floor. At the entrance you will find a very spacious reception area that leads to the L-shaped corridor that distributes the apartment into its separate spaces. First, we find the kitchen on the right hand side – it is modern and recently renovated and is equipped with everything necessary. There is also a window offering sights on the interior court. Following the corridor further we find the two complete bathrooms with a shower. They are decorated in a simple but very homely and practical style.

After the two bathrooms, you will find the spacious living and dining room. It is decorated in a very elegant and modern style to create a pleasant atmosphere. Two large ceiling lamps will give a lot of light. Equipped with a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a table, this area is perfect to relax or watch the television. The dining area is clearly separated from the living area and is equipped with a dining table, a bench, and three chairs.

The three bedrooms are all located on the right hand side of the corridor. Two of them have a double bed and the third one has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have been decorated with a lot of good taste using different tones. Here comfort and homeliness have been stressed to offer the visitor a nice stay. You will find everything necessary in all of the bedrooms – wardrobes, night tables, lamps, etc.

Salamanca

This borders of Salamanca are Paseo de la Castellana, Retiro Park, María de Molina Street y Francisco Silvela Street. Salamanca is one of the few nieghbourhoods in Madrid has incorporated modern town planning thus having perpendicular streets that are organised in well defined blocks. 
The neighborhood of Salamanca traditionally has been considered an upper class neighborhood and is requested most by locals and long term visitors and does not feel like your typically touristy neighborhood.  This is where you will find Madrid’s most luxirious stores.  Salamancas most important streets are Serrano, Velázquez, Goya y Príncipe de Vergara.  Serano Street begins at Plaza de Independencia, where the famous Puerta de Alcalá is found. Puerta de Alcalá was designed by the orders of Carlos III and is the main entrance of the Retiro. The Retiro is a symbolic monument for Madrid. Also located in this zone are  small palaces that still remain from the 19th century. Serrano Street is one of the most famous Streets in Madrid and of course is the choice location for the most famous and exclusive stores.  Here you will find luxurious Shopping centers, cafés and high-ranking restaurants. 

Without doubt this area is know for being the best residential area of Madrid.  It is very well connected to the historic center, by both Metro and Bus. It is conveiently located a short walking distance from the most important places and museums, but stills offers a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. In saying that the area is in no way boring, and also offers excitement if that is what you seek. In fact, it is an excellent place to take a pleasant walk, to shop in the most exclusive boutiques, grab a drink at a bar or to eat in a fine restaurant.  Salamanca offers an extensive range of Hotels and good restaurants.  It also offers options for night-life.

    Yes, primarily because of the location in Barrio Salamanca. It has an excellent Cafeteria (Molinillo) right next to it, quiet, not touristy, yet very accessible to the main sites. Juan, United States 23 April 2013

    The apartment was in an excellent location with extremely comfortable beds!  Lovely new kitchen.
    The smaller bathroom needs shelves (only area is round the handbasin) and hooks for towels in both bathrooms?  Blinds are needed at the kitchen window as well as the wardrobe area in twin bedroom

    Las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas con buenos armarios. El pantry y la zona de entrada muy cómodos también y la mesa para el computador muy útil. El salón y el comedor también muy cómodos y espaciosos.(faltaba la lámpara del salón y aunque había lámparas de pie se veia un poco mal, porque se notaba). Todo muy limpio. La lencería buena y las toallas grandes y suficientes. El edificio en muy buen estado. La conserje muy amable.
